2K ACRYLIC AUTO REFINISH

1. Apply GOKULNC SPOT PUTTY on imperfection surfaces using a putty Knife.
2. Replace the lids when Putty is not in use to avoid unnecessary hardening.

NC PRIMER SURFACE GREY

GOKUL NITROCELLULOSE PRIMER SURFACE has been formulated using high quality binders and pigments to achieve good Adhesion on steel surfaces and outstanding sanding properties. Reduce GOKUL NITROCELLULOSE PRIMER to spray viscosity with GOKUL special standard Thinner.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Ensure that the surface to be painted is clean and free from all dents, dirt, grease, etc.

APPLICATION:

1. Sand the Nitrocellulose primer to spray topcoat.
2. Ensure adequate air circulation during spraying.

1K FILLER Yellow

GOKUL 1K FILLER Yellow has been formulated to achieve good adhesion on bear mild steel surfaces and is extremely easy to sand when dry.

1. GOKUL 1K FILLER is a suitable and ideal Primer for 2K Acrylic and Nitro Cellulose Paints Systems.
2. For Thinning to Spray Viscosity, we recommend.

Synthetic Fast Dry

GOKUL SYNTHETIC FAST DRY ENAMEL is Fast dry enamel made from drying Alkyds and selected pigments durable to tropical weather.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

• Ensure that the surface to be painted is clean and free from all dents, dirt, grease, etc.
• GOKUL Sythentic fast dry is best when sprayed on Lorry bodies, Cabins, Matatus, and Buses.
• Dilute to spray viscosity using GOKUL Sythentic Fast Dry Thinner and apply crosscoats to achieve the required film thickness and gloss.
  Leave overnight. Apply a third coat if necessary.

Body filler ployester paste

Packing Sizes 4.5 KG / 2.3 KG / 0.8 KG / 0.4 KG

1. Ensure the metal surface to be filled using Gokul Body Filler is free from any rust grease oil and dirt.
2. Ensure damaged coatings and rusted surfaces are properly cleaned before using the Gokul Body Filler.
3. Sand the bare metal surface to ensure maximum adhesion before application.
4. Mix the sufficient filler with 1 – 3% peroxide hardener enough for a particular application and use the blend the same day otherwise will harden.
5. Apply the blend on a bare metal surface using the provided plastic spreader.
6. While using either a blade file or a suitable sand paper file cure or dry filler as necessary.
7. Finally proceed with application of either suitable primer or finishing coating as necessary.

Special Standard Thinner

1. Gokul Standard Thinner is a classic Thinner used in NC Primer, NC Lacquers, and Synthetic Fast Dry Paint.
2. Add to spraying viscosity without over thinning.

High Gloss Thinner

1. Gokul High Gloss Thinner has been blended with selected solvents to improve the gloss of the final NC Coat.
2. Dilute NC Paint using GOKUL High Gloss Thinner to the required spraying viscosity.
3. Ensure proper ventilation and use of protective clothing.

2K Acrylic Thinner

1. Gokul Acrylic Thinner is blended from slow solvents to achieve good gloss and flow when used in 2K Acrylic paint.

Gokul emulsion is an all-purpose emulsion paint or use on dry wall such as cement, new and old plaster, concrete, bricks, hard and soft boards.

1. Surface must be dry and free of dirt, loose powdering and flaking.
2. Cracks must be filled with gokul stucco filler before application of gokul emulsion.
3. Thin with water.

covermatt emulsion

Is a trade grade water base emulsion manufactured from acrylic emulsion .specially formulated for the interior use on walls and ceilings. It has matt finish and can be applied directly to plaster, soft board surfaces, cement rendering, brick and stone etc.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Ensure surface must be clean dry and free from dust dirt and mould etc.

NEW SURFACE:

Apply 2 coats of Gokul Cover Emulsion directly. Gokul Undercoat or appropriate Gokul primer can be applied for Wood, hardboard and chipboard and wood.

PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SURFACE:

Ensure the surface is clean and free from powdery and flaking material. Powdery surfaces should be primed with Gokul penetrating primer. VINYL SILK EMULSION

Packing Sizes 20 LT / 4 LT / 1 LT

Is premium quality water-based emulsion manufactured from acrylic emulsion and high-quality pigments, formulated to give excellent opacity and durability on interior and exterior surfaces. It gives an excellent silky finish on smooth surfaces.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dirt, mould, etc.

NEW SURFACE:

No primer is required for sound masonry or soft board. Hardboard, chipboard, and wood should first be sealed with one coat of Gokul wood primer. Imperfections on walls can be filled with Gokul cement-based filler.

Ensure the surface is clean and free from powdery and flaking material. Powdery surfaces should be primed with Gokul penetrating primer. DRYING TIME:

Touch Dry in 1 hour and can be re-coatable in 4 hours.

VINYL MATT EMULSION

SUPER GLOSS

Super gloss enamel paint is a multi-surface high gloss enamel. It is designed to provide maximum durability with excellent gloss retention. Its formulation delivers excellent flexibility, opacity and a light-fast (non-fading) finish. It is suitable for use under most conditions including high humidity and areas with high rainfall. Super gloss enamel paint can be used both internally and externally on wood, metal, plaster, wallboards, stones or brickwork. Super gloss enamel paint should be applied over appropriately primed and undercoated surfaces.

NEW UNPAINTED WALLS:

Surfaces should be clean, dry and free of any loose materials. Apply one coat of appropriate primer. Apply one coat of Super gloss universal undercoat. Apply two coats of Super gloss enamel paint. Lightly sand between coats. Allow overnight drying between each coat.

PREVIOUSLY PAINTED WALLS:

Surfaces should be clean, dry and free of any loose materials. Patch prime where necessary with the appropriate primer. Apply one coat of Super gloss universal undercoat. Apply one to two coats of Super gloss enamel Paint. Lightly sand between coats. Allow overnight drying between coats.

APPLICATION:

Apply by brush, roller or spray – For brush application, thin with GOKUL White Spirit by 10% to 20%. For spray application, thin with Super gloss thinner.

VARNISH WOOD CLEAR
(PREMIUM - ECONOMY)

GOKUL CLEAR VARNISH:

Is manufactured from Alkyd resin and special additives for better gloss and gloss retention. When properly applied will offer maximum protection on wood, metal, plaster, wall boards, brick etc.

GOKUL POLYURETHANE VARNISH:

Is manufactured from Polyurethane resin and special additives for better gloss and gloss retention. Available in gloss and matt finish. Dilute with white spirit and apply by brush or spray 2 coats at intervals of 24 hours between coats.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE:

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, dirt and mould etc.

NEW SURFACE:

Can be applied directly on new wood, metal, plaster brick, etc.

PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SURFACE:

Remove any loose, flaking, and powdery material and clean the surface thoroughly. Rub down with sandpaper and dust off. In the case of 2-pack PU varnish, test patch should be applied over the previously painted surface.

APPLICATION:

Can be applied by brush, roller, or spray. Thin Gokul synthetic and Polyurethane varnishes with 10-15 % white spirit for spray application and ease of application on porous surfaces. Gokul 2 pack PU varnish should be mixed with hardener at a ratio of 3:1 and Mix just enough quantity to be used within 2 hours. Dilute with Gokul 2-pack Polyurethane thinner. Avoid over thinning.

METAL PRIMER

Is single pack alkyd based premium primer for metals.it can be applied on Steelwork, commercial Vehicle bodies, machinery, metal casement windows etc. It has good corrosion resistance and

NEW SURFACE:

Apply 1 coat of metal primer interval of 16 hours.

UNDERCOAT WHITE

GOKUL UNDERCOAT WHITE

Gokul undercoat white is single pack alkyd based specially formulated to provide a flexible,non absorbent base for Gokul super gloss and other gloss finishes. It is a economy primer for interior and exterior use, having excellent hiding power and will fill minor cracks. It is best recommended as an intermediate coat to improve intercoat adhesion between a primer and a topcoat when changing from an existing solvent–based topcoat to a water-based topcoat and vice versa. It is best used on primed or previously painted plaster, wood, metal, plastic, etc.
