is a high quality auto refinishing paint remarked for its excellent durability in tropical climates and its outstanding gloss finish.
- Masti 2K Acrylic Paint must be sprayed on the surface before priming with epoxy primer or acrylic based primer. When used on previously painted substrate ensure proper sanding before painting.
- The area to be painted must be cleaned to be free from rust, grease, oil, etc.
- Mix 2K Acrylic Paint with Mcryl hardener 4:1 by volume. and thin down using Mcryl thinner to spray viscosity.
- Apply crosscoats and you will achieve a high degree of gloss without applying Mcryl clear.
2-pack Acrylic

Masti-Nit nitrocellulose PAINT

is a nitrocellulose-based paint manufactured from a blend of flexible short oil Alkyd, Plasticizers, NC chips, and light fast pigment which can withstand hash tropical weather conditions.
Masti – Nit paint is recommended to be used as refinisher paint for all types of vehicles where durable coating is of at most importance.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Prior to the application of Masti paint ensure, the surfaces to be coated are either primed with etch primer or NC primer.
THINNING
Dilute or thin Masti-Nit paint using high gloss thinner and apply a minimum of three coats to achieve the reasonable desired gloss.
NITRO-CELLULOSE PAINT

1K FILLER Yellow

has been formulated to achieve good adhesion on bear mild steel surfaces and is extremely easy to sand when dry.
- MASTI 1 K FILLER is a suitable, and ideal Primer for 2K Acrylic and Nitro Cellulose Paints Systems.
- For Thinning to Spray Viscosity we recommend MASTI Standard Thinner Only and never over thin.
MASTI-LAC SYNTHETIC FAST DRY

is formulated from very advanced Alkyd Resins and weather resistance pigments, stable against hash tropical climates.
- MASTI-LAC SYNTHETIC FAST DRY is best when used to spray Lorry Cabins, Lorry Bodies, Bus Bodies, and even Farm machinery.
- To achieve superior results when spraying MASTI-LAC ensures the area to be coated is primed with a suitable primer like NC Primer. On previously painted areas ensure proper sanding degreasing and thorough cleaning to remove loose particles.
- For Thinning MASTI-LAC Synthetic Fast Dry to spray viscosity, we recommend Fast Dry Thinner or Standard Thinner.
SYNTHETIC FAST DRY

Light Weight Body Filler
Packing Sizes 4.5 KG / 2.3 KG / 0.8 KG / 0.4 KG
- Ensure the metal surface to be filled using Masti Body Filler is free from any rust grease oil and dirt.
- Ensure damaged coatings and rusted surfaces are properly cleaned before using the Masti Body Filler.
- Sand the bare metal surface to ensure maximum adhesion before application.
- Mix the sufficient filler with 1-3% peroxide hardener enough for a particular application and use the blend the same day otherwise it will harden.
- Apply the blend on a bare metal surface using the provided plastic spreader.
- While using either a blade file or a suitable sand paper file cured or dried filler as necessary.
- Finally proceed with the application of a suitable primer.
Stanard thinner

- Masti Standard thinner is ideal for thinner nitrocellulose paint and fast dry synthetic paint and can also be used for cleaning working tools, Spray gun, Brushes, etc.
Mcryl thinner

- Masti Mcryl thinner is specially formulated to be used in 2k acrylic paint, where glossy appearances are of utmost importance.
- To achieve the required gloss and leveling, we suggest spraying crosscoats of thinned paint; Do not over thin.
